Light, electromagnetism and resonance figure centrally in Instrumentation, a sprawling kinetic sound installation in which these immaterial phenomena are manipulated by expressly material means. Exhibited internationally as a range of site-specific installations.

Instrumentation, 2012
This video documents the first version (variation 0) of Instrumentation in the BIAN - International Digital Art Biennale of Montréal (venue: SKOL, Montréal, 2012). Three demonstration videos from 2011-2012 show in-progress, in-studio demonstrations of maquettes and techniques leading up to the installation. This work comes out of a long-term research project entitled Vibrations and Waves.
